4. Booking and Confirmation
To book our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information. Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent outlining the details of the services to be provided.
5. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay for services as per the agreed-upon schedule. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices will be issued upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
5.1. Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit required upon booking.
- Remaining balance due upon completion.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the property is accessible at the agreed-upon time and that any necessary permissions are obtained. It is the client's responsibility to secure valuables and inform Pinner House Clearance of any fragile or sensitive items.
8. Company Responsibilities
Pinner House Clearance is responsible for carrying out the services with due care and professionalism. We ensure that all waste is disposed of in compliance with local regulations and strive to recycle wherever possible.
9. Liability
While Pinner House Clearance takes all necessary precautions, we are not liable for any damage or loss of items not declared prior to the commencement of services. Clients are encouraged to provide a detailed inventory of items to avoid misunderstandings.
10. Insurance

11. Dispute Resolution
